Eastern Michigan University students, staff, faculty, alumni, and contractors can receive a 22% rebate back from REALTOR® commissions from either the purchase-side or sell-side of real estate commissions. Participants must first register online at www.MunroPros.com/eagles prior to contacting a REALTOR® and must exclusively hire and complete a purchase or sale with Munro Real Estate for a dollar volume equal to or exceeding $100,000 with buy-side or list-side commission equal to or exceeding 3%.
Rebate to be applied at closing. Customers who buy and sell multiple properties may be eligible for multiple rebates.
Example: buying a $200,000 home with a 6% commission split between the buying broker and the selling broker. As a buyer you would receive 22% of the buy-side commission, which is the amount going to the buying broker (3%), in the form of a rebate at closing. The rebate amount would be $1,320.
Example: selling a $200,000 home with a 6% commission split between the buying broker and the selling broker. As a seller you would receive 22% of the sell-side commission, which is the amount going to the selling broker (3%), in the form of a rebate at closing. The rebate amount would be $1,320.
